We’re hiring for our client an Operation Manager!

Do you want to work for an international startup? specialized in hydraulic engineering? that focused on green economy, sustainability and building a better tomorrow?

Are you a team player, self-motivated person with an entrepreneurial spirit? do you have a 5 years of experience in the industry field as an operator or consultant? are you fluent in English, Arabic and French?  do you have the flexibility to go from board room to the field?

Your role will include without being limited to:

• Build and follow up the process, dashboards and KPIs related to the manufacturing of the machines.
• Fin and maintain the relationship with technical partners and subcontractors both nationally and internationally.
• Build and follow up with the quality control of the manufacturing phase
• Lead the certification process
• Lead the maintenance of the machines that were deployed.
