Based in more than 200 countries, our client is an international FMCG company producing and distributing specific hygiene and health care products worldwide.

 

To keep up with  their development strategy, Force management is contributing to hire a :

 

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Anticipate the customer needs and requirements and propose solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts with the customer and establish a timeline of performance.
  • Analyze data and translate results into better solutions

 

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • Four to five years' previous work experience in sales, retail marketing, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French

 

We are looking for a candidates with:

  • strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills is necessary
  • Proven results of delivering customer solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Multitasking ability with a strong sense of prioritizing and time management
